The Canadian election is here, and we have a big job to do. Pierre Poilievre and his billionaire backers are championing Trump style politics in Canada. But luckily, their popularity is the lowest it’s been in 3 years.

This is our chance to step in. Pierre’s campaign is fuelled by misinformation, fear, and billionaire funding. If we don’t act, people could get played—and we risk falling into the same far-right trap as the U.S.

We also can’t let Mark Carney off the hook. As Carney’s popularity soars, so does the pressure from the fossil fuel industry to gut climate policies and push new pipelines. We have to hold him accountable to championing real action on climate and affordability. 

It’s a tricky election and we need all hands on deck.
